Two young men were arrested for doing unmentionable things together in a public place.
The traditionally conservative judge was disgusted by their actions and fined them to the full extent of his power.
In his closing statements he said "I hope that the two of you are fully appreciative of the contempt that this court hold your actions in and will reform your ways. Now, both of you go away and pull yourselves together"
